Your access and use of the public website (the “Website”) and the private portal which requires registration to be accessed (the “Private Portal”, and together with the Website, the “Platform”) located at tbcdsb.portal.gs. Pursuant to an arrangement between Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board and Greenspace Mental Health Ltd., the Platform is made available by Greenspace Mental Health Ltd. for use by Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board, its subsidiaries, employees, contractors and patients. By creating an account, you are agreeing to comply with the terms of the Agreement that have been agreed to by Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board.
